To facilitate this from the beginning, staff members of the ITN- BUET, teachers of technical institutions, professionals working in SHWM sector and officials from bilateral organizations were asked to review and therefore to provide comments on the contents of the book. Eventually, the final manuscript of this book is updated with their valuable suggestions and guidelines.
