It seemed ideal to me, a guy that spends 12 hours a day away from home, with hardly any time to call my own.
Since I've always been willing to experiment with myself, I decided to give it a try. Following the eating recommendations and workout plan for 3 months, I made enough of a transformation that people noticed.
Maybe that's why. But on the TNT Diet things were a bit simpler. Once I started slipping and allowing carbs back into my diet, I put 15 pounds right back on.

This book isn't extremely detail-oriented. And it sometimes throws in some information that is either unnecessary, for the purposes of the book, or just misplaced.

The sad part is that I have yet to implement the program. As it wants you to start the workouts on Monday or Tuesday, I will have to wait until after the weekend to get it going. I'll come back with details of its effectiveness. Every workout starts out with the "Dynamic Warm-Up" and let me say that the warm-up will have you sweating and huffing if you do as it says. The warm-up and workout can be completed in less than 1 hour, and you only have to commit 3 days. You can add in intervals for cardio after the workout or on off days.
Give it a whirl and kick your own butt. Diet useful, workout is great! I love the workouts, and have been using their format to create my own for years. I don't use the diet now but have in the past.
